Thanks for visiting the site. I started making
homemade treats many years ago for our 10 year old
Shih-Tzu, Melody who has sensitive stomach issues.
Not to mention that she just wouldn't eat store
bought treats! I have been making these treats for
family and friends dogs around the holidays for years
now. The positive feedback and Melody's love for
them inspired me to start baking them year round.
She is our #1 taste tester!
I use Organic Flour for all of our recipes. I also
wanted to create a recipes that dogs with allergies
could enjoy as well. That’s how the Nana~Butter
Bites were created. I use white rice flour instead of
wheat or corn . Who doesn't love a Peanut Butter
and Banana sandwich?
Storage
Depending on how you store our treats, they can last
from a few weeks to a few months. If you keep them
in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, our treats
can last a few weeks on average. Our recommended
best results come from storage in the refrigerator
and freezer. Our treats do not contain preservatives
and must be stored with this in mind.
Policy
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, and our
policies are centered around you, the customer. That
being said, as is the case with any type of food, we
cannot accept returns of treats once they are
shipped to you. If damage occurs during shipment of
your treats, let us know within 7 days, and we will
provide you with a prompt refund of your purchase
price (including shipping costs), as per the shipping
service's (USPS) standards. Whatever the case, you
can rest assured that we'll take care of your concerns
as if they were our own. Our four legged friends
happiness is our #1 concern.
~Due to the Vermont Department of Agriculture now
requiring registration in their state for all
manufacturers of pet feed who sell through a web
site, we can no longer accept orders from Vermont.
